Author Guidelines

Papers submitted for publication on TSCNers is a original research by researcher that not publish yet or not under review for possible publication in others journal. Generally paper submitted on TSCNers consist of 2nd part, firstly is abstract and seconds is manuscrip that must conform to the following guidelines;

1. Abstract

Abstract is description of paper which discusses the whole of the research. Abstract should be writen on templete as following instruction such as;

a. Abstract writting in Indonesia or English language.

b. Abstract will be write in the Open Office using Microsoft Word

c. Abstract writing using Times New Roman with font size 12; line spacing 1,15 and spacing before and after is 0 (zero);

d. Paper layout is A4 with margin (top 1”, left : 1”, bottom : 1” and right : 1”) and writing in one collom;

e. Abstract consist of tittle, background, method, result, conclusion and keyword that writing maximum 300 words;

f. The title is written briefly and describes from the core of the research;

g. Write down the name of researcher, institution and email address;

h. Background will be describ problem or phenomena of the research and purpose of the study;

i. Method will explaint about research design, research approach, population and number of sample, sampling chriteria, and data analysis;

j. Result tell about result of the study including data analysis based on purpose of the study;

k. Conclusion berisi tentang kesimpulan penelitian;

l. Keyword; contain three to five words / phrases that separed by coma and arranged by alphabetic.

2. Manuscript

Generally manuscript is a part of result study that will be publish on the journal. Manuscript on TSCNers should be following the guidliness such as; a. Article written with Times New Roman, size 12, 12pt and use space 1,5;

b. Article will be write in the Open Office using Microsoft Word

c. Article writting in Indonesia Languange or English;

d. Paper layout is A4 with margin (top 1”, left : 1”, bottom : 1” and right : 1”);

e. Articles will be write in 2 colloms base on layout.

f. Articles can be written approximately 6.000 - 8.000 words (around 8-10 pages) including tebles, figures, and references;

g. Manuscript consist of background, method, result, discussion, conclusion and reference;

h. Background consist of literature review, problem statment, gap of study, conceptual framework (conditional) and purpose of the study;

i. Method will be explain research design, research approach, population and sample, sample slection, sample chriteria, and data anaylisis that used to the study;

j. Result will be answer the purpose of study. Result can explain by tables, figures, and references;

k. Discussion will be explain detail the result of study and will be compare with previous study and statment of researcher. This section will also explain limitation of study, recommendation and acknowledgment;

l. Conclusion will be explain main result of study;

m. Citation and Reference in the articles use APA 6th edision. Citation and bibliographical that used in the article no more than 5 years (for articles), 1 year (for news paper), and 10 year (for books) exept the original books.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
