Abstract

Background; Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a common disease that occurs during pregnancy. In addition to the adverse effects of the body, increased blood sugar levels in pregnant women cause complications such as anxiety, depression. Among GDM women, the prevalence of depression during pregnancy ranged from 4.1% to 80.0%. The literature suggests that there are several interventions that can address GDM.
