KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL PERAWAT DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PERAWATAN DIRI PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS: LITERATUR REVIEW
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Peningkatan kualitas keperawatan dapat dilakukan dengan transformasional leadership. Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah proses yang memotivasi dengan gagasan dan nilai moral yang lebih tinggi di mana pemimpin memiliki seperangkat nilai dan gagasan dalam memotivasi untuk bertindak dengan cara yang mementingkan keperluan orang lain dari pada kepentingan mereka sendiri.
Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literatur review. Sumber Pustaka yang digunakan adalah Undang-Undang dan Jurnal. Sumber literatur artikel terdiri dari Scopus, Science direct, Proques, JSTOR, EBSCOhost, Spingerlink, Pubmed, Google Scholar. Dengan menggunakan kata kunci “tuberculosis”, “patient perspective”, “quality of nursing”dan “transformational leadership”.
Hasil: Pemimpin Tranformasional leadership dapat diterapkan melalui stimulasi intelektual, pertimbangan individual, motivasi inspirasional, pengaruh idea yaitu dengan cara perawat memberikan motivasi, memberikan informasi, mengembangkan ide, mendengarkan dan memperhatikan secara empati sehingga pengetahuan pasien bertambah dan pasien merasakan semangat dalam menjalani pengobatan yang bertujuan untuk kesembuhan pasien tuberkulosis sehingga meningkatkan kualitas keperawatan pasien tuberkulosis di rumah sakit.
Kesimpulan: Pemimpin Tranformasional leadership dapat diterapkan perawat dalam meningkatkan kualitas keperawatan pasien tuberkulosis di rumah sakit.
